The Mantica White wine Pecorino DOC BIO Trappeto di Caprafico was born almost on a bet about 20 years ago in which he wanted to rediscover a vine from the great quality potential. The genetic material was taken from an old vineyard at the foot of the Maiella and ripropagato mantic on site. To date, the production of this discovery is over 3000 bottles of Higher Pecorino.

Aroma:

the nose opens with floral explosion in which successive notes of tropical fruit, orange, mango and vegetable legegre sensations.

Taste:

tasting sapid, mineral, full-bodied, persistent, all supported by a pleasant freshness and final aromatic.
