The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Nocellara Titone is produced from Nocellara del Belice monovarietal olives. The olives, still very green, are harvested by hand and, after stopping in a thermo-conditioned environment, are pressed into the farm after three hours from the harvesting with toothed disc crushers and closed-temperature controlled grinders. The oil thus obtained is stored under nitrogen and filtered after a few days.
Aroma:
you perceive hints of leaf and green tomato, balsamic notes.
Taste:
to the taste it confirms the ampleness of the vegetal notes, besides it introduces pleasant sensations of bitter and spicy, It remains fresh and persistent.
Uses:
medium fruity oil excellent in the preparation of first courses based on fish, orange salads, caprese and cooked and raw vegetables. Excellent on fresh preparations in which you want to enhance the vegetal notes.
