The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cerasuola Titone is produced from Cerasuola monovarietal olives. The olives, still very green, are harvested by hand and, after stopping in a thermo-conditioned environment, are pressed into the farm after three hours from the harvesting with toothed disc crushers and closed-temperature controlled grinders. The oil thus obtained is stored under nitrogen and filtered after a few days.
Aroma:
you perceive an intense aroma with hints of thistle, artichoke, tomato leaf.
Taste:
the taste has a bitter and a balanced pungency with an aftertaste of bitter almonds.
