The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Biologico Biancolilla Titone is produced from Biancolilla monovarietal olives. The very green olives are harvested by hand and, after stopping in a thermo-conditioned environment, they are pressed into the farm, already after three hours from the harvesting with toothed disc crushers and closed-temperature controlled grinders. The oil thus obtained is stored under nitrogen and filtered after a few days. Biancolilla is an olive oil that falls within the olive growing of the PDO valle Trapanesi.
Aroma:
wide and complex opening with hints of wild flowers, olive, green leaf tomato, black pepper, very balsamic with salty notes conferred by the proximity to the sea.
Taste:
gently wraps the palate, with notes of fresh almond and flowers. The finish is spicy, lively and persistent.
Uses:
light fruity oil excellent in the preparation of desserts, creams, ice creams and on dishes with delicate or steamed cooking, to which it confers pleasant spicy and aromatic notes without covering the flavors. Excellent on couscous with fish and vegetables, fish tartare, meat carpaccio.
