The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Biologico Titone is produced by single variety of olives nocellara of Belice, cerasuola, biancolilla, frantoio, coratina, produced on his own farm, pressed within 6 hours for single variety, storage steel silos under nitrogen, following blend after tasting and chemical analysis.
Aroma:
green fruit, with hints of grass, artichoke, herbs, salty notes.
Taste:
herbaceous with bitter and spicy notes, pleasant balsamic notes, a long and persistent.
