The Carolea Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Tenute Librandi is a mono-varietal oil obtained from an exclusive selection of olives of only Carolea variety. It is an extra virgin olive with medium-light fruity and delicate hints, with strong notes of fresh olive.

Aroma:

to the smell it is expressed with strong notes of fresh olive, sage and officinal herbs

Taste:

it is very harmonious and balanced. The bitter and light spicy finish with an aftertaste of sour almonds.
