It contains a strong identity typical of Italian monovarietal oils. Almond notes, wild thistle, artichoke with a pleasantly dosed bitter finish and a superb concentration of spicy enhance any type of food especially raw.
Aroma:
on the nose the hints of artichoke and thistle are immediate. Fusion of almond notes, alternating with fresh aromatic herbs, diluted in the balsamic notes, to then expand into a delicate background of spices.
