The Extra Virgin Olive Oil monocultivar Salviana Silvi Sabina Sapori comes from an ancient and precious varieties of olives, the Salviana, grown exclusively in the three places of the Sabina. Today extremely rare, the cultivation of this plant was once widespread since the times of ancient Romans. The farm Silvi Sabina Sapori is the main producer and bottler of extra virgin olive oil extracted from Salviana in purity.
