The Extra Virgin Olive Oil La Patraun Sabino Leone is a Peranzana monocultivar, a native Apulian cultivar with a remarkable rurality that grow very well in stony soils. The name “La Patraun”, dialectal name, derives from the “Padrona” understood as the country woman, the one that lives, like this wonderful plant, in the most rural environments.
Aroma:
medium fruity, green of tomato leaf and very aromatic and persuasive artichoke heart.
Taste:
bitter and spicy contents and balanced between them with an aftertaste of raw artichoke and green almond.
