The Extra Virgin Olive Oil M’Nenn of Sabino Leone is a monocultivar of Frantoio, originally from Tuscany, and is among the most uniformly spread cultivars in Italy. It has adapted well in the territory because of the high vigor. It is the first company cultivar to be harvested, at the end of September and beginning of October.
Aroma:
medium fruity green, clean and elegant, herbaceous with hints of almond and stalk of broken green wheat.
Taste:
elegant, balanced, medium bitter and spicy with an aftertaste of wild rocket and white almond.
