The Extra Virgin Olive Oil La Berafatt of Sabino Leone is a monocultivar of Carolea, a centuries-old cultivar native to Calabria and adopted throughout southern Italy. The drupe is medium to large, very pulpy, beautiful to look at. Called in the dialectal name La Berafatt (The beautiful) because of its beauty.
Aroma:
light fruity of white fruit, apple, tomato leaf and white almond.
Taste:
sweet with an aftertaste of fruit and aromatic herbs such as thyme and marjoram.
