Aroma:

to the smell it is perceived decisive and fascinating with a flavor of green olive of medium intensity, where reminding of swath grass and olive leaf are followed by elegant vegetal notes of farm’s cardoon, artichoke and lettuce.

Taste:

to the taste it is perceived in a wide and complex way with an heavy remind of mint and basil combined with notes of chicory, lettuce and a stand out of almond as a closing. Powerfull bitter and decisive pungency.
