The olive groves are located on Ernici, they are all exposed to the sun and caressed by the breeze foothills. The hand-picked olives are milled daily in the Quattrociocchi’s mill.

Aroma:

to the smell it is definite and rotund, with the notes of medium ripe tomato, celery and black pepper, plus ample vegetal hints of artichoke, lettuce and chicory

Taste:
