The Red Carmignano DOCG Riserva Le Farnete Pierazzuoli comes from a careful selection of Sangiovese (80%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) grapes made in our oldest vineyards with perfect southern exposure for excellent ripeness. Fermentation takes place with long macerations, pumping over and frequent wetting. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is left to mature in medium-aged French oak barriques for a minimum of twelve months.
It is then bottled and refined in the bottle before being put on the market, for a period of not less than one year. It is recommended to serve it at 18 ° C in full-bodied red glasses, taking care of oxygenation.
