The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Vargnano monocultivar Nostrana by Palazzo di Varignana is an olive oil obtained exclusively with olives of the Nostrana cultivar, one of the most representative native varieties. The olives used for the production of this oil are harvested while still green and this allows the Nostrana cultivar to best express its characteristics.
Aroma:
to the smell it has herbaceous fragrances of green apple, rhubarb leaf and tomato.
Taste:
on the palate it underlines the aromatic breadth, it closes an elegant spicy note of green olive.
