The Extra virginolive oil Terre di San Mauro of Olearia San Giorgio is an extra virgin olive oil produced in the farm area, actually called San Mauro, made up of about 5,000 olive trees by variety ottobratica, carolea, sinopolese and Roggianella, deployed in 10 hectares to 550 meters above sea level in the municipality of San Giorgio Morgeto, medieval village, part of the National Park of Aspromonte.
Aroma:
with grassy notes , notes of green apple and green tomato are pronounced .
Taste:
the flavor is delicate, fine and persistent; well balanced in shades of bitter and spicy, expresses a clear reminder of grass that predominates on apple and tomato.
