The Extra virgin olive oil L’Aspromontano of Olearia San Giorgio is an olive oil obtained from typical cultivar of Calabria: carolea and ottobratica. Thanks to a proper collection and cold extraction system, presents excellent aromatic notes and excellent organoleptic properties. Very balanced is the chemical composition, characterized by a significant presence of natural antioxidants (polyphenols and tocopherols).
Aroma:
highlights a soft scent of olives and delicate herbal tones, white apple and strong ripe tomato.
Taste:
the taste is harmonious and elegant, delicate tones of ripe fruit and dried on a herbaceous; bitter and spicy content balanced; closes in sweet almond.
