The squeezing occurs within 24 hours of collection. The product is bottled in a ceramic jar fully hand decorated with colours and drawings of the traditional ‘pugliese’ art.
Aroma:
you perceive the varietal characteristics of Peranzana. Full and fragrant, gives intense and alive aromas of tomato, rocket, radish, and sensations of artichoke.
