The Extra virgin olive oil pitted Muraglia is a “Monocultivar” obtained by the variety of olives Coratina, dominant cultivars of all the agro Andria, where it finds the best conditions to make the most, with calcareous soils.

Aroma:

Taste:

to the palate it is perceived with several notes of green vegetables notes, strong, rich, featured by polyphenols perfectly blended into the structure, with a well balanced tasting flavour. Imposing, closing harmoniously with pungency and a long lasting persistence of green vegetables notes.
