The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cenzino Ogliarola del Bradano produced by Marvulli is an olive oil produced with a typical and exclusive variety of the Matera area: Ogliarola del Bradano. This variety of olives was called by the inhabitants of Matera the “Iannara”; the Apulians call it the “Matarrese” olive and considered it so fine and elegant that it was grafted onto the coratina.
Aroma:
fruity green type, decidedly herbaceous, elegant and complex with a fine and prevalent scent of green almond and balsamic notes of aromatic herbs and artichoke
Taste:
enveloping and complex in the mouth with vegetal tones of artichoke and chicory and a clear aftertaste of green almond. Powerful bitter and long and deep spicy. Great fluidity.
