The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Novus by Marina Palusci is an oil obtained from the milling of excellent olives of the Dritta and Leccino cultivars; it follows an immediate bottling in the state of “Mosto” without any decantation. This oil is classified as Novello: the olives are mixed before milling which takes place all together, generating unique and non-reproducible aromas and thus giving the oil a very particular harmony. It is extracted and bottled immediately.
