The selection of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Colonna PDO Molise, has achieved conspicuous national and international awards. ‘Leccino’, ‘Rosciola’ and ‘Gentile di Lirano’ are the three varieties of the Molise area, that are found in company fields and are selected for this type of oil.
Aroma:
determinate aroma of artichoke and tomato infused with swathed grass and almond, with a medium fruity aftertaste. Bitter and pungency are present and well expressed.
Taste:
fascinating and delicate, with fresh green vegetables’ notes and balsamic herbs that remind of rosemary and sage.
