The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Rotondella of Madonna dell’Olivo is a pitted extra virgin olive of monocultivar rotondella, of great complexity and persistence.
Aroma:
it is decisive and enveloping, full of balsamic hints of mint and rosemary with clear hints of unripe almonds, cinnamon and black pepper.
Taste:
wide and elegant in the mouth, releases notes of artichoke, thistle and chicory. Bitter powerful and spicy.
Uses:
ideal on tomato bruschetta, swordfish carpaccio, marinated tuna, artichoke salads, bean soup, pasta with sausage, red meats and grilled game, hard mature cheeses.
