The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Carpellese of Madonna dell’Olivo is a pitted monocultivar extravergine of varieties of Carpellese olives, of great delicacy, elegance and versatility.
Aroma:
it is fine, moderately intense, with sensations of green leaf, artichoke and aromatic herbs in evidence.
Taste:
has good intensity and structure. The finish of the mouth reveals delicately bitter and slightly spicy aromas of artichoke, rocket and sage.
Uses:
great for flavoring stuffed dried tomatoes or lettuce and fennel salad. Excellent with steamed sea bass.
