Aroma:
perfumes of resin pine needle, moss, bark, with a pervading and emotional balsamic note.
Taste:
elegant and deep, clean, with notes of swath grass. Bitter and pungent determinate and persisting.
Uses:
over Porcini mushrooms, legumes’ soups, meat.
