Yellow with intense green reflections, it is a medium light fruity with hints of grass, thistle and green tomato. Like the other olive oil products from Le Tre Colonne, the extra virgin olive oil monocultivar Favolosa is an high quality extra virgin olive oil with bitter and spicy notes not very persistent.
