The Extra Virgin olive oil monocultivar Gentile di Chieti La Selvotta is produced exclusively from olives Gentile di Chieti, typical varieties of the province of Chieti in the Abruzzo region.
Aroma:
bitter and spicy balanced. Vegetal scents with hints of green almond, artichoke and notes of walnut.
Taste:
herbaceous taste, sweet almond on the finish.
