IntiniWhite Wine Verdeca IGT Valle D’Itria – 2021 750ml

The White Wine Verdeca IGT Radici produced by Intini is a wine obtained from the grapes of a typical Apulian white grape variety, the Verdeca. This vine is grown in the clayey limestone soils of the Itria Valley, at altitudes above 400 m a.s.l. and with strong temperature variations between day and night. Vinified in purity, it clearly expresses its strengths: acidity, freshness and flavor. It is fermented in steel at a controlled temperature.

Aroma:

It reveals aromas that recall white flowers, citrus fruits, yellow pulp fruit, with vague hints of white pepper and light salty and graphite hints.

Taste:

Bold and savory, it reveals an incredible minerality. Its acidity is intense and surprising.

Uses:

Fish, shellfish and raw seafood dishes.
