The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Coratina Intini is an extra virgin monocultivar produced from 100% Coratina variety olives. Cultivars Queen of Apulia, is picked up by hand in November, at the right stage of ripening. The result is an oil with an intense fruity, with green and vegetal scents. It’s persistent on the palate but always in perfect harmony as all the extra virgin olive oils of Intini.
Aroma:
intense fruity of great complexity, immediately releases vegetable sensations in which you recognize hints of grass, leaf, artichoke and green almond husk.
Taste:
enveloping and persistent, clear the dell’amaro entrance gives way to a long spiciness.
