The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cima di Mola Intini is an olive oil manufactured from a cultivar typical of Alberobello hills; this production is getting extincted due to the high cost for the harvest and it’s present on the territory in a small percentage. Olives of small dimension but absolutely generous regarding the quantity of polyphenol of its oil. The values identified this year are the highest between the oil participating to mail Extra Virgin Olive Oils competitions.
Aroma:
intense and complex it’s different from the green perfumes of the other ‘Intini’ oils, are perceived reminding of fresh nut, arugula, chicory and tomato’s leaf.
Taste:
it is perceived in its last longing endurance, complexity and quality; it shows in a fascinating way and it releases bitter notes.
