Bio it’s a monocultivar manufactured with raw material coming from exclusively organic agriculture. Main character is the cultivar Coratina, queen of the Puglia field, harved and crushed exclusively by hand during November.
Aroma:
intense fruity with a huge complexity, that releases reminding of cardoon, artichoke and green olive.
Taste:
lasting and intense taste, that releases bitter sensations with and aftertaste of a real pleasant pungency.
