The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Frà Bernardo monocultivar Ascolana by Il Conventino is obtained by slightly turning color olives only varieties Ascolana harvested after a careful and scrupulous selection.
Aroma:
royal opening of apples and mango pulp. So you feel green basil, marjoram and the leaves of tomato.
Taste:
kiwi fruity, with hints of almond that makes a gift to this oil the most elegant bitter note. It becomes surprisingly floral heather. The closure is intense and spicy white pepper.
