The Sauce with Truffle 20% by Giuliano Tartufi (with 20% summer truffle) is the richest truffle sauce: the coarse texture allows you to appreciate the different components, and the considerable presence of truffle increases the organoleptic aspects. It is recommended to use 15 or 20 g per serving. It can be used cold on toasted bread or heated in a pan as a sauce for pasta.
