The Sparkling Wine Leonia Pomino Brut DOC by Frescobaldi was born as a refined blend of mainly Chardonnay grapes and a small percentage of Pinot Noir. It is characterized by a straw yellow colour, abundant foam and a fine and persistent perlage.
Aroma:
intense and complex bouquet that ranges between citrus notes such as cedar and bergamot, hints of peach and floral aromas of hawthorn and broom.
Taste:
the hints of pastry and bread crust are clearly evident, flanked by hints of honey and partly candied and partly toasted fruit. The entry into the mouth is clean, the minerality and flavor are beautiful.
Uses:
aperitifs, appetizers, white meats and fish first courses.
