FrescobaldiRed Wine Chianti Classico DOCG Tenuta Perano – 2020 750ml

The Red Wine Chianti Classico DOCG Tenuta Perano by Frescobaldi is produced with grapes from vines grown on the hills of Gaiole in Chianti, at about 500 meters above sea level. The combination of altitude, exposure, configuration and slope of the vineyards represent an extraordinary qualitative uniqueness, giving the wines a bright purple color, intense fruity aromas and great tannic structure.

Aroma:

the fruity notes are revealed first in an incredible way. The sour cherry is the first descriptor we encounter followed by notes of wild berries and ripe red fruits. Floral scents such as wild rose and violet together with a magnificent spiciness join the dances at a later time. On the finish there are notes of black pepper and a hint of licorice

Taste:

extremely balanced and delicate wine characterized by a wonderful sapidity, with a nice caressing tannin.

Uses:

red meats, medium and long-aged cheeses, first courses with meat sauce.
