The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Rose Grand Cru Olivastra Seggianese Franci is an exclusive selection of olives of the Olivastra Seggianese variety, coming from a single olive grove of ancient trees. A very small production, which on the nose is characterized by the marked floral notes of rose petal. Excellent on oysters.

Aroma:

olive fruity, fresh and delicate typical of ‘Olivasta’, vegetal notes, herbaceous aroma of artichoke and a hint of banana.

Taste:

delicate, round, with balanced herbaceous fragrances and fruit a part with a sweet base followed by a pungency of medium intensity.
