The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicate monocultivar Frantoio by Franci is a delicate oil produced from olives of Frantoio variety. Best used on foods with a delicate flavor and light, mainly based on fish, and in the kitchen for the preparation of mayonnaise.
Aroma:
It is fine with elegant notes of artichoke, fresh herbs and almond.
Taste:
the taste is broad and enveloping, with tones of celery, artichoke, thistle and sweet almond on the finish. Bitter and spicy harmonic.
Uses:
ideal raw on all the preparations of fish, as seafood appetizers, carpaccio, seafood salads, marinades, fish baked or grilled, soups, shellfish. Excellent on a carpaccio of mushrooms and ovules and on fresh cheese. Great in the kitchen for the mayonnaise.
