The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Bio Franci is an organic, light/medium fruity oil, an extra virgin blend produced from olives of the Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, Olivastra Seggianese varieties. Excellent in the preparation of desserts, it goes perfectly with raw salads, bruschetta and fish dishes.
Aroma:
light / medium fruity, clean olive, soft fruit notes dominated by banana and a light herbaceous hint of artichoke.
Taste:
clean, opens with a slight sweet sensation followed by a pleasant and harmonious spicy charge of light intensity, soft persistence of herbaceous notes of artichoke and spices.
