The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Chianti Classico PDO by Dievole is an extra virgin DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) produced from olives grown in Chianti, and precisely in Castelnuovo Berardenga, Castellina in Chianti and Gaiole in Chianti.
Aroma:
fruity olive with notes of almond.
Taste:
harmonious taste, with medium and persistent spicy and medium bitterness.
Uses:
ideal with lentil soups, first courses with artichokes, carpaccio of Chianina meat with porcini mushrooms, spinach salad, grilled radicchio, baked blue fish, red meats, game, aged cheeses.
