The Extra virgin olive oil Tenuta Arcamone PDO De Carlo is produced in one of the historic family farms, organically grown since 1990. It is a 100% coratina, cultivar that in this microclimate has managed to naturally rebalance its production cycle without the aid of any chemical substance.
Aroma:
elegant and complex, characterized by large and harmonious vegetal notes of fresh field herbs.
Taste:
balanced, slightly bitter with a strong and persistent spicy, rich in vegetal tones of artichoke, green almond.
