The Extra virgin olive oil Cutrera Mille is an extra virgin olive oil with high content of polyphenols. Is produced on the mountains Iblei by olive trees, shrubs on the banks of streams and creeks.
Aroma:
fresh and with a very intense fruity notes of cut grass, green almonds and chicory.
Taste:
with a very pronounced bitter and spicy but not persistent; presence of herbal notes, in the mouth feels chicory and almond.
Uses:
on vegetable soups, a few drops, emulsion with balsamic vinegar for vegetables dips, as oil moisturizer on face and body (for its high content of polyphenols).
