The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Numero Uno Comincioli is a pitted olive oil obtained mainly from Leccino and Casaliva olives and other eight minor cultivars: Favaröl, Gargnà, Rossanel, Regina del Garda, Trepp, Mitria, Cornaröl and Raza. These varieties of olives are all processed separately and are then combined into a single olive oil, the Number One characterized by a strong aroma and a perfect balance of bitter and spicy. His name ‘Numero Uno’ indicates that this extra virgin is the excellence of the production of Comicioli.
