The Extra virgin olive oil Olio di Roma IGP produced by Colli Etruschi is a certified IGP oil with an emerald green colour, slightly veiled. It is produced with the Canine, Frantoio and Leccino varieties of olives obtained from the olive trees of the companies in the area. It has an excellent aromatic harmony and is characterized by vegetal notes of leaf and artichoke and thistle.
Aroma:
to the sense of smell it opens with a medium intensity green fruitiness accompanied by decisive vegetal notes of leaf and artichoke and thistle.
Taste:
to the taste the bitter and spicy appear very harmonious with each other. It closes by confirming the sensations experienced on the nose and with decisive hints of aromatic herbs. Excellent aromatic harmony.
Uses:
excellent for seasoning bean soups, first courses with meat sauce, aged cheeses, red meats and bruschetta.
