The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cagnara PDO Terra di Bari monocultivar Coratina produced by Ciccolella is an extra virgin olive oil obtained only from the Coratina variety of the Ciccolella olive groves. With the DOP Terra di Bari-Bitonto certification it represents the synthesis of the philosophy of the Ciccolella company: high quality and enhancement of the territory. The use of the only variety of Coratina olives allows to obtain an extremely fragrant oil with an intense and elegant fruity taste.
Aroma:
hints of fresh olives, as if they were just pressed, cut grass, hints of almond, artichoke and rocket.
Taste:
the vegetal notes are mixed with a pleasantly bitter and spicy impact. Surprising for the long and persistent finish.
