The Extra virgin olive oil PDO Valle del Belice produced by Centonze is a monocultivar oil of Nocellara del Belice DOP is obtained by selecting and harvesting by hand the smallest green olives grown exclusively in inside the company Case di Latomie. It is characterized by a medium-intense fruitiness and a very well balanced bitterness and spicy.
Aroma:
hints of herbaceous perfume.
Taste:
on the palate it recalls fresh fruit, with a pleasant aftertaste of green tomato and artichoke. Very balanced bitter and spicy.
