The Extra Virgin Olive Oil monocultivar taggiasca S’ciappau by Paolo Cassini is a light fruity extra virgin that expresses all the typicality of the Taggiasca olive with which it is produced. It has strong notes of artichoke and almond with slightly bitter and spicy notes. It is obtained from the olive groves of Tenuta Rossetto, Tenuta Maorengo and Tenuta Crosa.
