The Extra virgin olive oil PDO Riviera Ligure cultivar Taggiasca Anfosso is obtained directly from olives of the area of origin of DOP Riviera Ligure and is produced with a continuous cycle mill through the process of transformation in cold.
Aroma:
fine and harmonious, with light vegetal notes of grass, artichoke and green tomato.
Taste:
soft and complex, full of delicate fruity tones of green tomato, almond and artichoke. Bitter and spicy are present and balanced.
