The White Wine Moscato IGT Radici is grown on calcareous and clayey soils in the hills of northern Bari at an altitude of 400 m. It is vinified with soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature, is aged in steel for 4 months and then in bottle. It has a straw yellow color with light green reflections.
Aroma:
fine and delicate bouquet, aromas and freshness are the essential elements of this wine. To the nose has fresh notes of wild flowers.
Taste:
fresh, slightly acidic taste with fruity hints.
Uses:
A wine to be drunk young, excellent as an aperitif and to accompany boiled and grilled fish dishes,ideal with shellfish, seafood and fresh cheese.
