The White Wine Chardonnay IGT Radici is produced from calcareous-clayey soils of the northern area of Bari. It is vinified by soft pressing with controlled fermentation, is aged in steel for 4 months and then in bottle.
Aroma:
fine and delicate bouquet, aromas and freshness are the essential elements of this wine. Straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights, to the nose has fresh notes of wild flowers.
Taste:
in the mouth it has an excellent freshness and minerality, with a savoury and fruity aftertaste, a wine of great balance.
Uses:
A wine to be drunk young,excellent as an aperitif and to accompany fish dishes, ideal with shellfish and seafood.
