The Red Wine Primitivo IGT Radici is produced from grapevines of Tarantino and it’s vinified through fermentation with maceration, is aged in steel for 8 months and then in bottle. A wine with an intense ruby red color, with violet reflections when young that tend to garnet with aging.
Aroma:
Intense, full and fragrant bouquet, with hints of spices.
Taste:
it has a harmonious, full-bodied, enveloping taste with slight sweet notes.
Uses:
Red classic ideal to accompany red meats, roasts, mature cheeses and cold cuts.
